4 hour program – lecture/power point with practical demonstrations
6 hour program – 4 hour program plus a medical portion
8 hour program – 6 hour program plus practical walk throughs of lessons learned
Kevin W. Bernard brings more than three decades of law enforcement experience to SAM3 Protective Solutions, including over 20 years with the Chester County Regional Emergency Response Team (SWAT).
During his tenure, Kevin participated in more than 400 high-risk warrant services and critical incidents involving barricaded individuals, hostage situations, and other complex tactical operations. He advanced through the team from operator to Deputy Commander before retiring from law enforcement in 2023.
That real-world operational experience directly informs SAM3’s approach to training, preparedness, threat response, and protective services.
Working with Sam3 means learning from someone whose knowledge was built through decades of real-world law enforcement, tactical operations, leadership, and instruction.
This experience includes more than 30 years in law enforcement, over two decades with a regional SWAT team, hundreds of high-risk operations, and years spent training law enforcement professionals. That background allows him to teach from experience rather than theory alone.
